Kate Dixon

As Director of Business Development at Allison Financial Group, Kate Dixon brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and analytical expertise to our group. Prior to joining the team, she spent nine years in the fashion industry as a Merchandise Planner, where she honed her skills in data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional project management. After seeing how much passion James and Tori had for the business, she knew she could use her skills to help support people on a journey that can often feel overwhelming or daunting.

Kate is excited about identifying growth opportunities and creating streamlined processes that support both clients and advisors. She is especially eager to bring a fresh perspective to the team – applying her planning background to help clients feel confident, informed, and supported in their financial journeys. As a self-proclaimed Excel enthusiast, Kate is usually already thinking about how to turn just about anything into a spreadsheet. Whether it’s planning an event or organizing a vacation, there’s a good chance there’s a tab for that!

Outside of work, Kate is an avid traveler who finds inspiration in exploring new places. She has visited over 30 countries and is always looking for where her next adventure will take her…although it will likely start on a spreadsheet. She also loves hosting friends and family, reading, and spending time at the beach.
